What is self love? Do you know how to reach the highest vibration you can through understanding self, Spirit, and Divine consciousness? And what does all of this mean? I am not the answer, but I am a resource that you can utilize to achieve the highest happiness and love. What I’ve noticed in my own life is that when I am doing the things I love and am meant to do, that is when the best outcomes happen and my happiest moments and love arise.

Are you wondering why you have been guided by your intuition to only so far in life? Do you think you need to heal from past traumas, past relationships (family, friends, romantic partner), or do you perhaps feel that you do not actually need to heal but something is troubling you always?

I’ve had this feeling in the past, especially growing up a bit different from my friends and family and I’ve worked really hard to achieve my own truest self. Can we ever really grow without pain and healing? Do you realize when you feel a certain way that it does not feel right to you? What’s the difference between living in fear mode and living in love after growth? When is the right time to push yourself forward and when is the right time to focus on work or family or your partnership?

Nothing will ever feel balanced without your ability to learn who you truly are. We all crave love from the outside, but you should work on loving yourself and learning who you are in order to always remember how to come back to self. I can help you understand what certain things mean to you and I can help you narrow down the different aspects of life that will be thrown your way to teach you. Your job however, is to ensure that you put in the work to adjust different ways that you look at the outside world and different ways that you understand your body and its feelings. Sometimes this takes a lot of effort to re program the way you FEEL and the way you interpret messages within yourself, but it’s also so much FUN to understand who you truly are and what you were meant to accomplish in this world.

I have the tools, you were born with the ability. Together, let’s achieve your highest happy and your deepest love both within yourself and with others!

I've experienced different circumstances in life which led me to my divine way of understanding energy and people. I woke up several times in life with traumatic brain injury and could not move my body while my mind was all a blur. Some were car crashes which to this day, I could still not fully understand! Was I scared? Of course! Confused? VERY! And did I have any idea that I'd have this divine moment where it would all make sense? Not at first.

Some people become nervous to think about the possibilities outside of themselves because they're so used to the physical, what I call "three dimensional" world. We have learned to live in an environment full of Western Medicine, practicality, and computers. Don't get me wrong, some of my best and most favorite clients are doctors! A lot of them have even adopted different methods in their practiced based on our teachings! What we don't realize however, is that sometimes things cannot always be explained, we are stronger than we've ever imagined, and that if we really truly listen to our intuition, we have all the answers.

I will use my intuitive gifts to sense in your energy field, what will help you achieve the highest vibration in your life based on messages I receive both from Spirit, from your Spirit, and potentially from any other energies that enter into your sphere while you're with me. I will help each of your energy centers or chakras, to achieve the highest level of consciousness. When our energy is functioning on "all cylinders," much like a car, we will have the best outcome for our lives.

Perhaps you need an energy field detox and a vibrational increase! I will detox your energy field and remove any past behaviors, feelings, and energies that no longer serve you. We all need to have those moments sometimes where we detox to live in peace and love again. Not every moment or every day is going to feel perfect, but it is definitely possible to live in your purpose and remove old behaviors and feelings to move forward. Necessary discomfort makes for change and a longer lasting happy YOU.

Sound Therapy

Cords of attachment consist of releasing energetic cords. This connects your energy with someone else and can also be carried over from a past lifetime. We naturally become corded to others whether intentionally or unintentionally which can be draining to your energy. Cord releasing removes unwanted energies from past relationships and experiences that no longer serve us. During This session we will identify and acknowledge what is to be released promoting personal healing and growth. This really is a magical weight lifted off of your shoulders when you no longer feel the pressure to need another that no longer serves your health or growth.
